Perth Silver Sirens: Ageing Well Workshops is an intimate, uplifting day created for women over 50 who are committed to ageing on their own terms — with vitality, intention and choice.

This is not a lecture-style event. It’s a warm, beautifully curated gathering where you’ll learn practical tools you can use immediately, enjoy nourishing food, and connect with like-minded women who are embracing elderhood with clarity, confidence and heart. Expect real talk, grounded expertise, and a community that feels both inspiring and deeply human.

11:00 AM – Workshop:  Relationship/Community - Faith Agugu, Founder, Silver Sirens. Becoming the Elder Our Community Needs: An Elder in Training Mission

Faith.avif

What does it mean to age well? For Faith Agugu, it means stepping consciously into elderhood rather than drifting into it. At 61, Faith sees this decade as the most crucial of her life, a sacred preparation for the woman she is becoming and the elder her community will need.

In this heartfelt talk, Faith shares her personal Elder in Training mission, exploring why preparing for elderhood matters now more than ever. She invites us to consider what wisdom, presence, and legacy we want to embody as we step into our later years, and why this preparation is not just personal, but profoundly communal.

Faith Agugu is the Founder and CEO of Silver Sirens, a vibrant community celebrating women ageing with intention, vitality, and grace. A psychotherapist with over 15 years of experience guiding others through transformation, Faith is also the creator of The Healing Process, a body of work that supports women in moving through life's transitions with depth and authenticity. Through Silver Sirens, she is reshaping the cultural narrative around ageing, one conversation, one gathering, one woman at a time.

11:45 AM – Morning Tea

Freshly brewed coffee, herbal teas and healthy pastries — plus time to mingle, share stories and build connections.

12:15 PM – Keynote Speaker:  Professional Development Dr Felicity Morel-EdnieBrown

We are delighted to welcome Dr Felicity Morel-Ednie-Brown to our Perth Art of Ageing Well event. Professional Development sits at the heart of ageing well, because how we continue to grow, lead, and contribute through every decade shapes the woman we are becoming.

Felicity is an executive leadership coach with over thirty years of experience working alongside C-suite executives, board directors, and senior leaders across Australia, Asia, Europe, the Middle East, the UK, and North America. A researcher, spatial scientist, and historian by training, she has lived the transition from precise technical problem solving to the rich complexity of senior leadership, an experience that brings depth and warmth to her coaching.

A former policy advisor under four Western Australian Premiers, Felicity has also built businesses across consulting, luxury retail, agriculture, and hospitality. Through her consultancy, Morel Consulting, her signature framework, Clarity, Confidence and Courage, supports high-achieving women navigating leadership with greater wisdom.

Felicity believes the work of leading well is available to every woman, at every stage of life. What a gift to have her wisdom with us in Perth.

1:00 PM – 2:30 PM – Lunch (Silver Sirens style)

A delicious, nourishing lunch with fresh salads, grilled proteins, seasonal vegetables — beautifully plated, relaxed, and designed for connection.
