MEET OUR FACILITATOR
I have been coaching for over 15 years. I share with you my skills, accumulated life wisdom, compassion and insight into your questions and conundrums. Together we work on what you choose to bring to the coaching space. Together we co-create this space of trust in which you can be yourself, learn, grow and change. Take on the world, or hop off the merry-go- round. As a coach I, too, am a whole person. 🌿 My interests include personal, societal and planetary health through regenerative rewilding of self; developing a deeper relationship with biophilia and awe; health span and aging well in all stages of life; social permaculture, circularity, and the joy of community; the transformational power of quantum being; living more with less and, I aspire to live by the wonderful maxim from William Morris “useful and beautiful”.
