About the author
Karen is a nutritionist with a BSc in Nutritional Medicine and over 11 years clinical experience. Her areas of specialism are women’s hormone health, with a special interest in perimenopause and beyond. She runs a specialist menopause clinic and hosts regular retreats, corporate talks and workshops on the subject. She's very much a complementary practitioner, often working with women on HRT or those that wish to take the natural route. Her approach is highly practical, realistic and achievable because we have very low bandwidth in amongst our turbo charged, modern day world. Small shifts really can make all the difference!
