Have you found yourself saying, "If only I had more time", or "My calendars are full for the next three months?"


Modern times have required us to speed up, get more done, and maintain a never-ending to-do List. This is not the way our bodies and nervous systems were designed to operate.


Women are at a high risk of burnout these days because we now have the opportunity to do our fathers' jobs, but we still have the responsibility of our mothers' roles, and this trend is causing quite a crisis in the world of women's health.


Even with the knowledge of the importance of self-care and setting boundaries, our lived experience is often one of putting other's needs before our own to the extent that we develop a health crisis. Once we are unwell, we can no longer hold up the world, and we rely on the very ones we love and care for to look after us. Our Self Care is not selfish, it's essential to be the best version of ourselves and to live a happy and healthy life.


In this masterclass, we will explore and experience some strategies that rest your nervous system and allow you to come to a place of peace and calm, even if for a short time in the day. Having even a brief break from busyness can be restorative.


We discuss the ancient healing salves of movement, music, silence, nature, storytelling and laughter, and you may even get a hit of serotonin to elevate your mood.


We don't have to live an exhausted, resentful or joyless life... Valuing your well-being may be the best thing you can do today for yourself and those people around you.
