on deciding to host a Silver Sirens Watch Party

This is going to be so much fun!! It’s easy to host a Silver Sirens Watch Party event.

Step 1: Make your guest list

Are you having a theme? Do you have enough room? Will you be hosting at home or at a venue? All things to consider when organising a Watch Party. Is it going to be a couple of close friends lazing on your couch for the day, or something bigger – your netball team, art or yoga class?

Step 2: Register your guests online
Each of your guests will receive a virtual gift bag once you have registered and given us their details, and as a special thank you for you as our hostess, you will receive a physical gift bag to the value of $500!

Add more guests at any time up to the event date for $39 for each additional guest – the more, the merrier!

Step 3: Stay in touch!
Don’t forget to take lots of photos (and maybe even a video) of you and your guests enjoying the 2023 Redefining Ageing Event and share them with us! Don’t forget there is a fantastic prize for the best Watch Party!!

Meet the Founder

MEET THE FOUNDER OF SILVER SIRENS

Faith Agugu

If you want to shift your inner dialogue about ageing, Faith Agugu is the woman to have in your corner. She has always had the instinct that she would get better with age, and she is hoping to inspire other women into the same mindset, hence Silver Sirens.

In 2018 Faith launched the inaugural Silver Sirens event in Sydney. “We had some iconic Australian women who took the stage to speak about this potent and transformational period of our lives. Health, beauty, business, leadership and spirituality were all on the agenda on the day."

As a trained psychotherapist with a Bachelor of Social Science, Faith has helped hundreds of women at her Sydney-based practice, The Healing Process, to experience their ‘third age’ as a renaissance of self and true rebirth.

Faith believes that women often internalise cultural messages that warp our ideas of age into something to ignore or even fear, blinding us to our own accomplishments, sexiness and worth.

Faith’s vision to be of service to a wider audience has garnered an audience that doubles year on year, and national media attention, such as feature articles on Silver Sirens in Mindfood Magazine and The Guardian.
