In this episode, you'll meet a special woman on the podcast. In fact, many themes in her story will likely sound very familiar, and I'm sure are going to resonate with a lot of women. She was working long, unsustainable hours that ultimately left her feeling exhausted and depleted, and this resulted in a full-body burnout. In Kirsten's words, I wasn't living. I was barely surviving. While there were many long dark days, Kirsten's life is now very different. With time, support, and learning the powerful nurturing practices of breathwork and meditation, Kirsten has completely transformed, and she's healed her mental, physical, and emotional well-being. Listen to this episode to hear more about:

  • Owning a business and making the decision to sell it and let it go to be more present for her family.

  • Post-business adaption to management roles took a toll and led to chronic fatigue syndrome and fibromyalgia.

  • The other side of perfectionism and people-pleasing.

  • How Kirsten was living a disconnected life and fell into a pattern of pushing and doing, doing, doing.

  • Meditation, breathwork, and diversification are important in her healing and on the road to recovery.

It is clear that Kirsten is cultivating more calm, balance, harmony and freedom back into her life and working to thrive and to experience a very different way of life.
