About the event
Loneliness can have a significant impact on women over 50, both on our physical and mental well-being.
In a recent Facebook discussion, several women pointed out that this is a crucial issue that our community needs to address.
In this informal conversation, Faith will invite members of the community with lived experiences of loneliness to share with us and guide us in ways that we can offer emotional and practical support.
It is important to address and mitigate the impact of loneliness in women over 50 through targeted interventions and support systems. By providing opportunities for social connection, promoting mental and physical well-being, and addressing the underlying causes of loneliness, the Silver Sirens community can help improve the overall quality of life for women over 50.
