TriYoga is a trilogy of posture, breath, and focus. Regular practice builds physical, mental, and emotional strength and flexibility, making us resilient no matter what happens around us.


This is a 60-minute class transformative yoga session focused on embracing the changes in our bodies. Participants will deepen their connection with their evolving physical selves through gentle yet powerful poses, breathwork, and mindfulness techniques. This class, perfect for those seeking balance and resilience, offers a nurturing space to explore self-awareness and accept the natural transitions that come with aging.

Deb Johnstone is a Professional Speaker, Transformational Life, Business and Career Coach, Personal Stylist, MidLife Transition Mentor, NLP Practitioner, EDISC Profiler, and Yoga Teacher.
