|Online Yoga Class
Hatha Yoga is a traditional practice that aims to connect the body and mind. The syllable 'ha' denotes the pranic (vital) force governing the physical body and 'that' denotes the Chitta (mental) force, making Hatha Yoga a catalyst to an awakening of the two energies that govern our lives.
