Breaking gender bias is the theme for IWD 2022.

Imagine a gender-equal world. A world that is free of bias, stereotypes, and discrimination. A world that is diverse, equitable, and inclusive. A world where difference is valued and celebrated. Together we can forge women's equality.

Collectively we can all #BreakTheBias.

What if the next step of the journey to breaking gender bias and inequality is in the hands of women?

What if we as women could stop the lateral violence of policing and shaming each other and keeping each other in 'our place'?

What if equality is not so much bestowed by men but by each and every woman, from teenage girls, mothers, midlifers, and elders?

What if we held the key? By supporting, championing, holding each other,  so that we can turn the tide of gender equality? What if?

Faith is a Sydney-based Psychotherapist who founded Silver Sirens in 2018 after a number of women in 'midlife crisis' were referred to her. She realised that her cultural lens on ageing differed greatly from those of many of her western sisters and she felt called to change the negative narrative some of these women had internalised about ageing.

Faith creates engaging and uplifting conversations that honour each women's individuality.

Beverley Holt is a highly driven and passionate connecter, who provides Holistic business facilitation, supporting people globally with health, happiness, and self-love coaching.

People have flocked to Beverley since she was a young child. Her mother was clairvoyant, and Beverley was born with her own unique gifts.

Intuition is her best friend, guiding her globally to support people in different countries from diverse cultures and backgrounds.

Having lived and healed many traumas and near-death experiences, including strangulation by an enraged and jealous partner, and the loss of family members and friends, Beverley is attuned to the needs of others.

Beverley has run weekly global health and wellness circles for the past two years and is currently writing a book on self-love to help people through these uncertain times.

Love is the silent force that has baffled scientists for years and believes that love is the answer to everything.

Beverley has won many Women in Business awards and was nominated for the prestigious Telstra Women in Business Award for her Health and Well-Being Centre.
