About this Event
I aim to conduct a masterclass on cultivating confidence through the art of building a wardrobe that not only reflects our individuality but also uplifts women’s spirits, particularly during the transformative phase of midlife in women.
Recognising the significant changes our bodies undergo during this period often results in ill-fitting wardrobes due to weight gain.
My goal is to alleviate the self-blame and body shaming that can adversely affect our well-being. I aspire to empower women by offering indispensable tips for restyling their wardrobes, acknowledging that as humans our evolution is constant and she should be our wardrobes.
Embracing midlife should not hinder our ability to have fun and express ourselves more vibrantly through our clothing choices. Let’s face it if we look good…we feel good!
