Affecting one in five Australians each year, mental illness can trigger a spiralling effect on various aspects of life.

Our discussion will delve into the emotional, social, and cognitive dimensions of mental illness and the resilience and fortitude required to navigate these challenges. We'll provide valuable insights on fostering positive body image and early intervention strategies, catering to individuals of all ages.

Furthermore, we'll highlight various support systems available to those experiencing mental illness, equipping participants with knowledge and resources for their own journeys or supporting loved ones.
