legacy will I leave? How will I leave the world a better place? What really matters to

me?

Your purpose can shift and change throughout your life and this lively and interactive

session explores what purpose is and why it is so important in building a happy and

healthy life. You’ll be encouraged to think about your individual why, and how it

reflects your strengths, values, and personality. Gain tips and ideas that will motivate

you to act and make purpose a bigger part of your life.

MEET OUR FACILITATOR

Tess Everingham

Tess is a highly experienced coach and facilitator who is passionate about helping

people work out what they really want and how to get there.

She has worked with executives, people leaders and team members from

organisations including Westpac, CSIRO, Oracle, CommBank, Sydney Water, NSW

Transport, Blackmores, Asahi, State Plus, KPMG, Bauer, Ausgrid, UNSW, Sydney

City Council, Oracle, Qantas, Nine Entertainment, Nestle and Lion - to name just a

few!

Working closely with individuals to have the conversations that really matter like

finding purpose, building meaningful careers, increasing well-being, happiness

‘habits’, authentic style and personal brand, Tess aims to inspire and motivate her

clients to realise their aspirations and achieve their goals.
