But many others will have spent too many years becoming the person other people wanted them to be and are now struggling to regain their sense of self and who they truly are.

In our Masterclass, Nikki Lane will share with you how you can discover who you really are and what you really want from your life after 50.

You will have the chance to discover the simplicity and power of self-awareness and bring more enjoyment and happiness into your life. You will learn simple techniques that you can apply straight away to help your self-awareness muscle grow and thrive.

This masterclass is practical, experiential and completely and utterly devoted to you. You will have the chance to focus on one area of your life to gain greater clarity and direction for change.

About the facilitator

Nikki Lane is a self-awareness advocate, author and coach. She is passionate about bringing self-awareness to women so they can rediscover the heart of who they truly are.

Having lived most of her life without self-awareness, Nikki looked at her life one day and wondered, ‘How on earth did I end up here?’ It realised it wasn’t the life she wanted to live, so she set off on a journey of self-awareness. 

This journey has led her to discover who she is and what she wants from life, and it has brought joy and happiness into her world more than she could have ever imagined.

Nikki now shares her experiences and teaches her Change Journey learnings to women from all around the world so that they, too, can gain self-awareness and choose to live a life they love
