Fitness in the privacy and comfort of your own home. A mixture of free dancing, easy choreography, conditioning exercises, and relaxation techniques provides you with a holistic experience designed to uplift the spirits, strengthen the body, create community and soothe your nervous system.
Meet Our Facilitator
Dr. Pauline Manley
I have been teaching and performing dance and movement for 30 years. I love it. I want my life to be happy and peaceful and I want this for you too.
My teaching has been varied: professional dancers, university students, people with disability and mental health issues, mature women, carers, cultural groups, creatives, novices, nurses, corporates and those who just want to be well and happy.
I am a doctor of dance! I have a PhD in comparative movement practices and have spent my life researching the body. I use these research skills to ground New Moves classes in the latest science and ancient wisdom: where yoga can meet neuroscience.
I still perform and run a performance group It’s Still Germaine that supports feminist and social justice principles.
