Reflect, Renew and Rise is our end-of-year reflection: a warm, unhurried hour to honour everything this year has asked of you — and everything you've become in the meeting of it.

What a year it has been for our community. Together we've explored the art of deep friendship in later life, rediscovered our creativity, and given ourselves permission to prioritise our own wellbeing without guilt. We've spoken honestly about money and security, about reinvention and what comes next, and about caring for the people we love while remembering to care for ourselves.
