Welcome to "Serenity Within," a meditation and relaxation class designed exclusively for women in midlife. 

This monthly gathering aims to provide a safe and nurturing space for women to reconnect with themselves, find inner peace, and navigate the unique challenges and transitions that come with this stage of life.
