In this session, we'll walk you through everything you need to know about booking your flights to Windhoek, Namibia (note: Windhoek has two airports — Hosea Kutako International and Eros Airport — and we'll explain which to use), understanding the travel insurance requirements (medical coverage and emergency repatriation are mandatory), and completing your Retreat Attendee Information Form.

We'll also cover airport transfers, what to do if you're extending your stay before or after the retreat, and answer any visa questions based on your country of residence.
