Sydney Silver Sirens: Ageing Well Workshops is an intimate, uplifting day created for women over 50 who are committed to ageing on their own terms — with vitality, intention and choice.
This is not a lecture-style event. It’s a warm, beautifully curated gathering where you’ll learn practical tools you can use immediately, enjoy nourishing food, and connect with like-minded women who are embracing elderhood with clarity, confidence and heart. Expect real talk, grounded expertise, and a community that feels both inspiring and deeply human.
