About the event
The Gift and Challenge of Friendship as We Age
This 60‑minute online workshop explores the evolving landscape of friendship in our later years—the deep gifts, the unexpected losses, and the tender challenges of staying open-hearted as we change.
Together, we’ll reflect on how our needs in friendship shift with age, explore boundaries and communication with long-term friends, and gently honour relationships that have ended or grown distant.
Through short reflections, guided journaling, and small-group sharing, participants will identify the kinds of friendships that nourish them now and leave with practical, heart-centred ways to cultivate, repair, or release connections in this season of life.

A clearer understanding of how our friendship needs and boundaries have shifted with age, and permission to honour those changes with compassion.
