A belief that it is Never Too Late and that our collective wisdom is so powerful
17 years ago decided that being 50+ is going to be the best phase of my life so set about doing things that light me up.
These have included coaching & running retreats for women 50+, studying psychotherapy & hypnotherapy, moving my home base twice, hopping on trains all over the world, being part of Silver Sirens since the first event, organising 2 Silver Sirens events in Coffs Harbour, and spending time developing new friendships with amazing women who I can share conversations that matter with and great food.
Lucky to live in beautiful Coffs Harbour with 2 of my 4 beautiful grandchildren near me.
My spiritual home is New Zealand where I go as often as I can.
