Jill Andrews
Trailblazing a new approach to ageing
Jill Andrews declared at her 50th birthday that she was "only halfway," launching a decade-long mission to become a "Future Centenarian" — reaching 100 while thriving physically, mentally, and socially. She's spent that time researching healthy longevity (reading, attending conferences, applying what she learns) and reframing ageing as an opportunity rather than something to fear. Through her community development work, she now helps others make informed choices toward healthy ageing, with her core philosophy being that the real goal is a longer healthspan — not just more years, but more years lived with vitality, purpose, and connection.
Beyond her professional work, Jill is a wedding celebrant, a devoted grandmother to Ada and Finn, a dancer, and an aspiring historical fiction author drawing on her family's Swedish heritage. She and her husband are also avid travellers.
