To me, it's about throwing out the old story that getting older means getting smaller, and creating a new one where we get braver, clearer and more ourselves.
Education was my life for over thirty years. I was a principal and senior teacher, and I gave that work everything I had, showing up for hundreds of families along the way. Through all of it I was also a wife and a mother, and like so many women, I was the one holding the whole show together. I was very good at it.
Somewhere in my fifties, burnout and a pull toward something new told me it was time for a change. So I stepped away from education, created my global ranking podcast, Redefining Midlife, and built a business supporting women all around the world through the many big transitions of midlife. That means everything from hormonal changes and adult children leaving home to career crossroads, changing friendships and rediscovering who they are. I love every minute of it, and it's the most meaningful work I've ever done.

Ask Me About...
First, ask me about the many changes that land in midlife all at once, from our bodies and hormones to our relationships and careers. It can feel like a lot, and I love helping women make sense of it.
Second, ask me about what to do when you feel lost and not sure what you want anymore, because so many women come to me right there. I can talk about how to find your way again, and how to create small, simple habits that make a real difference without overwhelming you.
Third, ask me about stepping out of the roles you've been holding for everyone else and putting yourself back on the list. Rediscovering who you are is one of my favourite conversations, because it really is time for you now.

I'd love to connect with women who are like me. Women who love to travel and who are curious about growing and learning, no matter what age or stage they're at. Mostly, I want to meet women who are ready to make the second half of life their best half.
