I love the idea of reinvention at any stage in life; it doesn't need to be bold or loud instead it can be a gentle awakening that something isn't working anymore then having the courage and curiosity to explore and move towards what does.

I enjoy keeping fit, nature and any introverted activity! My passion is learning, then sharing that knowledge both formally and informally wearing one of my hats as a workshop facilitator.
