I am African-American by birth Australia Australian by marriage and choice. I’m an ex-elite gymnast and New South Wales state volleyball representative of many years. I’m a retired teacher I taught health and physical education I’m also a qualified herbalist and a spiritual pastor. I hold space for those around me who wish to go on a spiritual journey in their own time and in their own way. I have three grown-up children and seven grandchildren and I adore them all with my whole being. I was widowed many years ago now and I made the choice to go on living with passion and purpose. And so I have. It’s a joy to be a part of Silver sirens.
