Declutter Your Relationships from Emotional Drama with Susie Pettit

Join certified Life and Relationship coach Susie Pettit as we continue with our monthly theme of decluttering. She will help us declutter our relationships by teaching about codependency, over-functioning, and learned helplessness. She will lead us through reflection exercises to help us see where we may be doing this in our lives and give us small, simple things we can do immediately to declutter and feel less emotional drama.

Susie Pettit has been helping women live the lives they love for over 20 years.  She is the founder of the Love Your Life School and the host of the Love Your Life Podcast. And the owner ofStrength: Mind & Body, LLC.  Susie is a certified Parent, Life + Relationship Coach and a mom of 5 sons ages 18-26. 

Susie is passionate about helping women live lives that feel as good on the inside as they look on the outside.  She spent more than half her life living a life she did not love as a people pleaser and codependent perfectionist. Luckily, she hit rock bottom and now has the breadth of experience to teach first-hand about setting healthy boundaries, beating your inner critic, conscious parenting, how to thrive after divorce, and how to use mindfulness-based tools to beat overwhelm and anxiety. 

When she's not working with clients, she's getting used to being an "empty nester" and her new home on the other side of the world (from Virginia, USA to Australia!)
